New Year Reflections and Intentions for Tweens and Teens
It’s time to reflect on the year, let go of what is no longer serving us, hang on to the lessons, and bring in new intentions for 2024! We will be discussing our lessons from 2023, our best memories, and drawing and writing out our intentions and plans for 2024. Bring pencils, markers, plain white paper, or construction paper. The fee is $18 per child.

Heart-to-Heart
This is a safe place for my students to connect each other about emotions, friendships, and self-reflection
Each month kids speak from the heart through games, journaling, and sharing. We end each meeting with a positive quote to contemplate that week.
This group will meet for 45 minutes each month. The fee is $10/meeting. If your child is a previous or current student and you would like her/him to join, contact me!
